  I was delighted to discover this excellent hotel right in the centre of Vienna, immediately opposite the Stephansdom. My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on.   Absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children.   The Stefanie exceeded my expectations. Here are some atras about the Stefanie. 1. Most of the staff spoke English. 2. Excellent location for everything. It is a short walk to two different U Bahn stations on the Red Line and just a little further to a station on the orange line. The tram goes right past the hotel's door.
