  Very unique experience. The hotel is, indeed, a 900 year old castle high above the city of Mittersill, Austria. Not difficult to find. The room was medium size, but had a grand view of the valley below and the Alps. The dinner was elaborate and quite fun. Service was excellent. Beautiful location perched atop a hill overlooking Mittersill. Excellent staff. Spacious and comfortable room with a nice view.
