The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels. It was a pleasant change from staying in a city and the view of the snowcapped alps from the room added to the experience
