  The staff is very friendly. The apartment is very conveniently located right in the heart of Vienna. We lived 9 days and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.   Great location in walking distance to many key attractions including th wonderful St Stephen's and incredible shopping areas. Our street had everything - a bakery, cash machine, pharmacy, a famous clock, ice creamery and a corner beer and sausage stand!   breakfast - The hotel room was quite spacious and included a couch. The room wasvery nicely decorated with antique furniture and hardwood herringbonefloors. The bed was comfortable and the room dark and quiet. Greatlocation, within walking distance or subway ride to a lot of sites.

However I reserved a Standard Suite room for 4 people, they gave me the Grand Lux Suite with same price. The room is clean, comfortable. Hotel staffs are helpful. Breakfast was also excellent, huge variety of fruits, cereals, breads. Croissants and apricot cakes are great! Situated in good location, easy to find out. The city center can be easily reached on foot.

  I am really satisfied with my stay at Queens Apartments. My apartment consisted of one room, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Room was very comfortable (huge bed) and clean, the localisation is also really good (just a short walk from the underground). What's more, the owner of the apartment was very nice and helpful. Staff was very very nice and make you feel like at home. Apartments are located at 5 minute walk of the metro station Margariten Gürtel. The metro ride until Vienna's historical center takes about 5 minutes (3 to 4 stations).
