It is very close to the cable car station of Patch. There are also many hiking and bike routes nearby.   In July 2013 we spent one night in Hoarachhof with our two children (9 and 11). Althought it was not easy to find the place (our GPS did not really help us :-)), the friendly hosts, the beautiful environment, the unbeleivable view, the comfortable house compensated us for everything.
