We only spent one night in Innsbruck and arrived during a heat - Very central hotel - couldn't be closer to shops and the old town. Helpful staff. We arrived at mid-day and our room was already ready. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage space. Good internet connection. The hotel has a check-in machine in the lobby, so you can arrive at any time. We had a small room facing the street, but the sound-proofed windows meant we had very little street noise. Tram and bus stops are right outside, so easy to get to airport or station on public transport.
