A beautiful apartment with an excellent view of the bay. the restaurant and staff were impeccable, they even went out of their way to order in our favorite wine. the chef produced one of the best steaks we have ever eaten, and the atmosphere for our anniversary was incredibly romantic. we would love to go back there next year and we have already told some of our friends about the wonderful experience we had at rosslyn bay resort and beaches restaurant !!.
所有评语 » Had the best three nights sleep in the bed. Constant hot water in the shower. Big spacious dining and lounge area. Great view. Lovely kitchen with big fridge and laundry. Air conditioning was quiet. We stayed in the motel style accommodation which was clean and comfortable. The new manager made us very welcome and the food and service in the bistro was impeccable. the appartment was very nice and roomy, very clean, very quiet, great room service. free Foxtel. Excellent food, reasonably priced. Very relaxing spot. Unit was very clean & had sea views. Lovely friendly staff & great restaurant with gourmet pizzas. Wonderfully area - great beach. Enjoyed the quiet environment away from major resorts. Great pool area. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to resolve a couple of issues. Gardens are lovely. Great location across from quiet, pretty beach, nice walk to harbor and headland overlook. Housekeepers were very helpful. A simple request was granted with enthusiasm!. we loved the bungalow it was just wow as soon as we walked in the door. very relaxing, beautiful location. great bar and restaurant.friendly. the meal ant the bistro was excellent and staff very friendly. Had a lovely time there,,nice views, comfortable bed. close to the beaches, central to the coastal towns. The room was great and the food was even better. it was very peaceful staff great in reasturant. Nice clean comfortable room with a good view. All of it and the Beach restaurant is amazing. Location great and excellent restaurant!. Location, restaurant, quiet. Our room was fantastic.. Friendliness of staff. the place look great with the paint job. Clean, spacious, well appointed room. The room and staff where great. Only stayed one night so can only make remarks on our room and a small portion of the grounds. The gardens were well maintained and the entrance to the resort was tidy. Room clean and quiet. Bed comfortable. Close to beach. Food was good. we could only stay for the one day. No dishwasher. No tongs. Lol Saturday night was booked out at the restaurant and we had to settle for room service which was quick and the food was hot and tasty. could have a bit more for children. Most rooms do not have ground level access, ie only accessible by stairs. No overhead fan in separate bedroom. we were on third floor no elevators difficult to carry bags. The heater didn't work, it doesn't have a fully equipped kitchen, it's a microwave and a slow cooker. Wasn't stated that the room was a 3 floor walk up stairs. A bit disappointed with the room for the price we paid. Had thought we were to have had a room with a patio but that didn't eventuate. studio rooms a little bit outdated. Check out too early. The wind on the balcony...maybe a little protection would be good. And the stairs...oh the stairs. Same old noisy airconditioner and should have lockable screen doors on rooms Beaches restaurant could use some food handling training. Internet didn't work at all and early morning hammering etc with room renovations is extemely poor customer consideration by management. The resturant let the place down. Slow and over prices...the staff did not speak to us for 30min & then they finally gave us a menu and asked for our drink order!. Cancellation Policy - No money back even though we wished to cancel weeks before the night booked. Had to leave our car elsewhere as the undercover car parks were full. Room & bathroom needs to be renovated. Ironing board cover needs replacing as it is impossible to iron on it. Water dripping from the airconditioners outside the rooms onto the floor is very dangerous. It would be a good idea to fix the two lights in the front entrance garden that were not working. Not exactly a warm welcome. No smile, no words of welcome. Room has been renovated but no pictures, homely touches. Bed arrangement odd and no bedside lockers, lamps etc. Window kept sliding shut. Just doesn't feel finished and was a bit depressing. Glad I was only there for weekend. Only 2 queen beds when required 2 singles in 2nd bedroom. This was the second time this has happened when making a booking with letsbookhotel.com. Very old, furniture needs replacing. Room smelt musty floor was dirty so was all the cutlery and crockery needed to wash before using. The name doesnt live up to a resort at all, overpriced and wouldn't stay again. Rooms are noisy Cockroaches in kitchenette cabinet Soap wasn't replaced 4 TV Channels didn't work.
