  Great customer service - I appreciated the phone call before I arrived and that I was asked if I wanted a room with a view. It was lovely to look out and see the lights of Sydney.   Other from what I read in some reviews the room ( a double ) was clean. Facilities are not too fancy, pretty much Backpacker average. Wifi free of charge but unstable. - practicality sea an surf sunshine appears better than other packers.Good place to stay when hurt my foot.
