  Absolutely everything...from the moment we were greeted by the porter to the time we got into the elevator (seriously couldve stayed in there all night and have my own dance party!!) .   Location!!!! It was extremely convenient. Opera house was a 2-minute walk away. Both the train and ferry stations were at the hotel's doorstep. Botanic Garden was also just across the street which was great. We travelled with 2 toddlers and the room was very comfortable and the balcony was great too.   Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it.   A great place to stay, The Harbour View Room was fantastic we were there for the Aust. Navy Fleet Review and did not need to leave the room to watch the fireworks and events. Caught the train from the airport the Circular Quay not cheap bu - We had obtained a smartdeal for the Four Season for our last trip to Sydney. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

  Location was a very short walk to the beautiful Bondi beach - two grocery stores a few shops away- stocked our wonderful new kitchen. Spotless - large comfy bed and pull out was great as well for our daughter - room dividers pulled to make two rooms. Everything was top rate. Very happy there. However only a 5min walk to Bondi beach and cafes. The 1st night we stayed the people in the neighbouring apartment were very noisy.
