  The cleaning staff did an excellent job 'making up' our room every day and made an effort to fit into our doctor appt times. The room was very clean and a nice leafy aspect from the balcony.   Location was very central. It was a 4 minute walk from Kings Cross Station and 20 minute walk into the city area (QVB). The staff were all very helpful. We were arriving in the morning and requested for an early check in one week in advance by calling up.
