This hotel is great ... We manage to secure a early check-in on the 1st day of our arrival. Plus the staffs are all so friendly, oozing the Australian Hospitality. The best part i like best of this hotel is the location.. location.. location .. just five minutes walk away from King Cross City Train, nearby to major tourist location like circular quay, bondi beach. Easy access to supermarkets, cafes in the area. Plus they provide shuttle transfer to the airport at only AUD12 (cheaper than ta.
所有评语 » Staff were friendly. Location was perfect. Room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Loved the chill out computer room with free internet. Bed was really comfortable and we were not only able to check in a lot earlier than the usual 2pm check in, but we had been given a double upgrade. Originally we had booked the small double room and we ended up with the king size bed in a really nice sized room. The hotel is located in a nice area, with small boutiques,cafes, restaurants creating a nice and relaxing atmosphere, not far from tube stations ans also from the harbour and the botanic garden, opera house even by foot. Good starting point for a run up to the Opera House / Rocks:-) The hotel was very quiet even during the weekends. The hotel was in a good location, staff were extremely helpful and friendly and were able to help me with all my enquiries, the room was clean and extremely nice, bathroom was also a good size and very clean. Had no problems with this hotel and would definately stay again. The staff were all excellent - all helpful, all friendly. I can only say they were 10/10. The bathroom was lovely and the room clean and functional. The location, not far from Potts Point, Oxford Street superb. Clearly close to Kings Cross and amongst the noise. Martin was lovely - he let me check in early, which was hugely appreciated! Hotel is in a great location and really clean. Don't expect five star luxury i.e. slippers and robes but it's comfortable, stylish, great value and I would recommend this hotel. Room was good - free upgrade provided. But if that was a room 'upgrade' then I'm not sure how good the original room would have been Warning - close to 'red light' district!! Close to main shopping area aqnd places to eat. The staff were fabulous, very helpful and warm. Location in the center of Kings Cross. The bus stop right out the front door. Ability to store luggage so before and after check out so we had an extra day. Would recommend. The bed was amazing. The room was clean. The price was excellent. And most importantly the service was outstanding. There was difficulties with our original room, therefore we were upgraded immediately without any fuss. The Service Staff were exellent and could not fault them.....The King bed was really comfy and the location is perfect, nice and clean with great aircon....well done Bayswater Staff and we look forward to another stay. Hotel location is great right in the middle of kingscross everythings right at your doorstep. We liked the location and the cost is very accesible for those who just want somewhere to sleep comfortably. Recommended! Also, it is located at King's Cross which is the party/go-out-at-night place in Sydney. Like staying in Ibiza. Lots of footsteps and outdoor noise. The hotel has clearly had problems with ladies of the night - I was warned "no visitors" upon arrival. My friend who lives in Sydney therefore didn't stay over. I would have chosen somewhere else had I known. No view from windows, carpet stained, small step into bathroom made it very easy to cause foot injury. Regular and fairly constant noise from cascading water onto metal sheeting outside windows, often very intruisive and very loud. Both windows did not shut and lock properly which allowed noise to enter and also raised possible security risk. Staff talking loudly outside in fire escape area.Fairly long walk down into main Harbour area. We felt that the room could be lifted with a brighter paint job to lift and make feel a little flasher/up market stay. The elevator is slow and stuffy, And my room had a window that banged all night in the wind. Can't say there was anything that I could even comment about all good by both of us. The bathroom was small and if you are light sleepers there is noise at night owing to it being in the red light district. However is saying this we felt quite safe in the area during the day and up to early evening. The only downfall I can think of is the lack of an ice machine in the hotel. However, the little refrigeration in our room had a small ice tray, so that did help. Tiny Bath and Room--No tv listings and no premium stations--Noise Neighborhood-- No Street Walkers but this part of Sydney has several Brothels on each block. Did have a cockroach appear in my room one morning, but trapped it and told reception - they had cleared it away before I got back in that night. room had no bath not a major issue but room booked for valentines treat! ha ha. Nothing. The slowest lift known to mankind (no exaggeration) and no free wifi which is increasingly unacceptable in hotels today. Room was rather small. not much shelving to put things. No breakfast. I didn't like the location at night. It was too loud and a little scary. However, every city has its bad spot. The hotel can not really be held responsible for this. No free wifi. If it hadn't been my birthday they would have charged 10AUD for wifi per day (they gave it to me for free), I think all decent hotels in the 21st century should provide free wifi - it's part of the service. Just be prepared for the charge . Bathroom was tiny...if you were of a larger build it would be difficult Some shelving needed in bathroom for toiletries. The bathroom was a bit cramped for space but it was still a lovely room. I would say the location but I had been made well aware of this before I booked. Still, you get into the hotel and you forget about the location. i dun like the shampoo,very slow lift. The view (wasn't one). Bathroom was a little bit small. No mobile reception in our room. Soundproofing is not good. In the midnight, you can hear the bars' noise near around. The location is convenient, but Kings Cross is the "red light" area, so if you're female and traveling alone, you should think twice before booking. Paper thin walls. the tea in the room was pretty bad. We had a TINY room without a window. As I booked the room many months ago I thought we would of had a room that was not on the ground floor and that had a view - or at least a window!! The court yard / light well (that we did not have access to as the door was locked) gave the room a little light but was still rather gloomy. The room itself was very small. We had paid for a Deluxe King Room so we were disappointed with the lack of space, the tiny bathroom a ground floor room and no window. Neighborhood while great for cheap eats and night life, never goes to sleep. Activity all night long. Small windows in the room....would not suit long stay. Smells from cafe next door pervaded hotel lobby. (Stale cooking oil). Was expensive but to be fair, Sydney on the whole is not cheap so everything was expensive. There is nothing that i didn't like.
