  Right from the start when I spoke to Noelene on the phone I knew we would be happy with our accommodation. In the last week before our booking, I need to adjust the booking as we had two more children to cater for. The response from T.V. (Noelene) was most helpful. I would recommend T.V to my friends and will - The rooms were clean and a good size, the location handy for shops/restaurants and transport (trains and river-cat). There was a generous amount of laundry and dishwasher detergent provided which is rare! The beds comfortable, the linen good quality with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We had a lovely view of the Brisbane city skyline from our balcony. The location is quiet and perfect for families. I'd go again.

Has a great coffee bar right next door and just a short stroll of 200 meters to the famous James street. Certainly will stay here again on my next visit to Brisbane.

Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. - I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

Rating 10/10. - We stayed for four nights as we were attending a wedding which was held in the same venue. The serviced apartment was also a good base to explore Brisbane and it is connected to the City Centre via a very pleasant walk along the river. It takes about 25 minutes walking to reach South Bank. Parking on site was available and included in the room rate. Excellent staff at reception, very polite and enthusiastic.
