The price was great it included breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lot you could do family attractions for children and restaurants.
The bistro. It was convenient for me, because I did not have a car. The food was reasonably priced and edible.
It was clean and tidy also quiet. The location was central to where we needed to be.
Self serve breakfast was good Self check out was quick and efficient - no waiting.

It was cheap, but you got what you paid for. Large clean bathroom (but the door rim was dirty and fingerprints all over.The location suited us down to the ground. Just adequate all round.
Close to University, shops and train line. Seemed pretty quiet - no real pub noises to comment on.
The breakfast included great value.

Fairly good breakfast included. Handy to lane cove, Rude etc. Location suited us.

The hotel facilities,(bar/rest etc), very good.
There was no directions on the entry door or bell to ring if unattended.
The noise from adjoining rooms and traffic.
It is not a modern place and the balcony could be accessed by everyone so needed to keep the doors locked.
Broken tiles in bathroom No bedside lighting to read with.
The room was dark and door rims were very grubby. Only one bedside light, not easily accessible. Bed was hard and pillows thin. Staff lacklustre. I got an ear infection overnight (can't prove it was from the bedding though of course).
You get what you pay for. Room was a bit old and run down. Beds had probably seen better days. Reception not overly helpful - no ability to securely store my bags before check-in.
Roosting pigeons they can make a racket.

Very run down. Hadn't been painted since 1968? Needed a good clean.
children on jumping castle outside room until 11.30pm. room was not very clean old and shabby, we spend a lot of time in the city but will never stay at the ranch again.
Dark room. Poor lighting. Very small tv with poor reception. I haven't seen such a 'budget' tv in a $120 room in all my experience which is extensive. Wardrobe doors need a good clean.
