  Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a tradesman and then it was easy going.   I liked the very friendly man (Darren) who went out of his way to welcome us even though we were an hour early. The twin room was very clean and little touches like a toaster and microwave, tub chairs and a round coffee table as well as the internet were very welcome . They like the previous owners seem to have it down to a fine art. - My daughter and i booked a twin room but were pleasantly surprised to have 2 x queen sized beds which were extremely comfortable. The friendly greeting was very welcome with an offer of fresh milk to be put in our room. He also explained the heating levels required for a comfortable nights sleep. Couldn't fault the experience.
