I liked having the mini-bar and snacks in the room, even though I only bought a couple of items, also all the little extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful.   We had a great stay, and were even upgraded for the two nights we were there, to the newer side - which had a great balcony right across the road from the bay, nice big room, really pleasant stay. The hotel is a hotspot in town, and the restaurant is very nice, right on the water (as is the hotel).   The amazing service provided by the staff. I booked a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with one bed. Without any hesitation, the staff gave us a new room which was facing the beach. I also liked the security. Our room card stopped working so my husband went down to get a new one but the lady refused as it wasn't his name on the room. I did complete your room evaluation sheet on departure and left it at the desk with your staff.

The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

  I loved everything about this place, the customer service was above and beyond. I woke up reception at 5 o'clock in the morning. Even though check in, is at 2. It cost me 15 dollars extra. But, I was checking in 9 hours early and woke up someone as well, it was worth it.
