  We stayed in a 2 bedroom single level apartment in the Mermaid wing and it was so handy, and walked straight out to the pool area. Throughly recommend it. We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours. Apartment was well stocked with all the things like vacum cleaner to a variety of kitchen untensils. First of all - its not the Hilton so don't expect marble floors, full time concierge and elevator music. The apartment was huge, modern décor, well cleaned and maintained. As well as the pool facilities. The property is located just a few streets over from the CBD, the pier, the marina and the casino! David the manager was a great guy and went out of his way to provide advise on tours etc to make our trip successful. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Cairns.

  A very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment, front on level 5 with sea views. The property is located in the quiet area of Mooloolaba. It has everything on hand eg., Beaches, walking paths, restaurants and supermarket. It has a secured car park in the basement with a service lift travelling to all residential floors. The managers were very helpful and knowledgeable during our stay. - It was a brief stay but what we saw of the complex was that it is clean and tidy. The pool temp was a little cold so could have done with a little heating and we only had one towel between the both of us. We didn't complain because only stayed over night and found out it was missing when getting ready for bed. Everything else was great.
