We were welcomed with a glass of complimentary bubbly and when we got back to the hotel at night, we found a night cap with some chocolate waiting on us in our room. The staff were really helpful and on hand to help us, even though their houses were at risk. This is a great location for all of the sights. We requested something for the room and it was immediate. There is a good choice of food available

  The setting was great, shame about the weather. The dinner in the dining room on Saturday evening was exceptional. Even though the dog is cleaner than many humans and totally well-behaved, the motels that accept animals are usually dumps! Not the case with Jesmond! The most important thing is that the place is a Pet-friendly accommodation and this is a big bonus for travellers who do not know what to do with their dogs while they are away.
