  When we requested a different room, the receptionist handled it in a friendly, efficient manner. Very impressed in general with the staff.   We stayed at the Holiday Inn because we needed somewhere close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.

  Staff were very friendly, was a bit worried as had read a lot of negative feedback. Would recommend the place to anyone.
