  Probably one of the best Ibis Budget hotels in Australia. Super clean, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Free parking and free tea and coffee until 10pm. Great value for money option. - We have used this chain before and as usual we were not disappointed. They are always clean, well positioned and have excellent staff.

  really good place for this price! we was lucky & the view from our window was exellent - Harbour Bridge & Opera House. we have come some hours before check-in but our room was ready. staff is very friendly, room & shower clean. great value for this money! - Its a good hotel near to all entertainment places.   my room was clean and neat and tidy with lots of room , discount on the meals in the hotel and the meals are great - Location and room facilities. For the price, the hotel is very good value.

  I have used this hotel 3 times now as a stop off on my trips north. It is easy to find, well priced, in a great spot, and the staff are super friendly and nothing was or is a problem. There are loads of restaurants/takeaways within walking distance as well as shops if you want to browse. Ceiling fan if you were hot, ventilation in the bathroom if you turned on the light switch to start it, not too noisy and if that is a problem, don't stay at a hotel on a friday or saturday night, that is their entertainment time. I looked at a few places & was so annoyed they were all charging $80-$100 rather than the $50 TLH were offering. When i got to the TLH, staff were fantastic and helpful, showed me to my room and i was pleasantly surprised by how good the rooms were, much better than the more expensive ones i looked at. Enjoyed my stay :)

  Was caught up at the wharfs and they were close and easy to find and parking for a large vehicle and I thought it was good value for money and I had a pleasant stay - Very friendly management of the complex and willing to go out of their way for you. Definitely recommend the complex to friends as customer service is everything.
