  Unfortunately the hot water system died the day we arrived, but management was wonderful during this very testing time. We were kept informed on progress of repairs and eventually taxied to another apartment. Staff also took time to offer sightseeing advice and hints to enhance our stay. My husband was ill on the day we were leaving and the staff allowed us to keep our room for longer (free of charge).
