We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our 2 bedroom appartment - it was very spacious, had air-con., large kitchen and laundry facility - a must for families! The kids (9 and 11) also loved the pool.The price was great and we loved the location - walking distance to food, harbour and Wild Life Habitat. We were able to drive to all the areas of interest - The Daintree, Cape Tribulation and Mossman Gorge. Thank you to David and Craig for providing a wonderful accommodation spot! We wou.
所有评语 » Unit we had was great everything good . Perhaps a tad tired with smoke detector hanging off ceiling and immediate outdoor areas could do with a bit more polish. But still ok ..Beds a bit hard for our liking . Nothing wrong otherwise , I'd stay there again . Lovely friendly people . The apartment was luxurious, clean and well maintained. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were well informed of the event happening on the weekend we stayed and ensured we were able to get out of the apartment despite the road being cut of, due to the above event. the owner was so nice, really helpful! he helped us work out what we wanted to do, and explained everything to us. Best survive!! Our room was beautiful, nice and big! Had our own kitchen and laundry. It's all really moden it's great. I will be returning for sure. Everything, the facilities, great apartment, airy, comfortable and clean. There were 3 of us, great, roomy bedrooms, couches, lounge and great kitchen to prepare our own meals when we didn't want to go out. Beautifull self catering apts with everything you need.... Craig and David were very helpful with regards to booking day trips and info about port Douglas. . Thoroughly enjoyed staying for the week.. The booking was for a room, however we were up graded to a one bedroom apartment. A very pleasant surprise. Friendly helpful staff. Very welcoming. The host were excellent very helpful nothing was too much trouble any time of day. The room was lovely and clean and the lining was crisp and white. Friendly informative staff,very well equipped rooms,usable pool and surrounds,quiet,easy secure parking most relaxing fortnight. The 2 bedroom apartments are modern and fresh and excellent accomodation for a family of four. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated; Relaxed and friendly staff; Quiet; Lovely pool. Spacious apartment. Good facilities. Friendly staff. We enjoy staying here.. High standard of suite, warmth of welcome, helpfulness of manager, privacy. Craig the owner was very helpful. Well cared for and welcoming. Layout of the room, position to Port Douglas and the pool. Decorating touches, colour scheme, comfortable, lay out. Room was clean, comfortable, well equipped. Staff friendly and place felt like home. Everything.......friendliness, comfort. The kitchen , balcony and pool. booking ease and staff friendliness. Nothing to really dislike. . Kitchen a tad small perhaps to work in .. The only minor comment I could make was that our apartment did not have a separate toilet, the all the bathroom facilities were completely open in the apartment. only thing was we didn't stay long enough!!! Everything was perfect. The only complaint was the hard bed in the front bedroom. The main ensuite bedroom, bed was fine. A bit of a walk to get into port douglas if you didnt have a car. Nothing!. The lounge suite looked good but wasn't that comfortable. Could be a little inconvenient for shopping etc. without a car,but is a lot closer than most resorts in Port Douglas. To cater for 4 people probably needs second sofa in lounge area. None. Only a nitpicker would complain about having to lug heavy bags upstairs! A minor inconvenience. Mattress was very hard. The location was too far to walk to town from. Nothing. Uncomfortable chairs. Nothing. a studio apartment for me did not mean hotel room with very basic facilities. We left after one night rather than stay for 2. I think clearer description in advertising would have removed the disappointment, I would have known what I was booking.
