The whole experience was really nice for my husband and I. Tuscany Estate was very flexible as we only wanted to stay one night and they allowed this. The room was comfortable with outstanding views. It was a real country experience, we relaxed as soon as we walked in the front foyer. The staff were friendly and accommodating and gave us the feeling they would do anything to help make our stay enjoyable. Check in was 2pm and check out was 11am which was more flexible than other accommodati.
所有评语 » Every time we have stayed we have been made welcome! We bring our small dog, Ralph, and he is made welcome too! The minute we arrive be let out a deep breath and relax. The food is wonderful, the views amazing and the rooms are a generous size and always very clean and comfortable. Thanks for always making our memorable and relaxing. Staff were fantastic, perfect combination of professionalism but also sincere and friendly. The fact that we only had to book one night. As we were there for a wedding. As much as we'd love to stay for more we had commitments (children) at home. Great stay, loved the place. Will return again someday we really enjoyed it. The restaurant was first class and bar, although I enjoy myself a bit too much. Thanks again to your staff. P Tucker. Nice setting and outlook. Comfortable bed and quiet air conditioner. Able to stay Friday night only which was important for this trip. Good breakfast options. It is great that they have a winery, dairy a tapas bar and a restaurant and they are quite central to other attractions at the Hunter Valley. The view across the vineyards to the mountains: being just away from the main centre of Pokolbin but close enough to everything. Views, friendly service, peaceful rooms and surrounds was amazing other guests were also very friendly will love to stay again. Everything! Wonderful. - Nice location in the Vineyards, with a great view - has a tennis court - room was quite nice - included a nice breakfast - had decent orange juice at breakfast, I can't stand the cheap stuff - they let us check in a bit early as we were going to a wedding. Breakfast : Bread - excellent range and variety. Main meal: steamed vegetables brought to table after main course had almost been consumed. Rooms - well appointed, decore bright, furnishings modern and modern. The Friendly staff. They were always happy to help. Nice facility, Staff friendly, Great view. The bed was very comfortable. Staff, very friendly. My wife was sick when we arrived and had to leave early the next morning to travel to Sydney where she discovered that she had a serious lung infection. Unable to stay 2nd night to further comment. The location of the Estate was stunning. There was nothing I didn't like. I had a booking at the resturant which I camcelled due to their menu saying that they reccomended you ordered sides. Having just been travelling solo overseas for five weeks I can honestly say that Australian prices are unnecessarily excessive for what they deliver in either rooms or food. $16 for a cocktail!! Sitting by the Duomo in Milan was half the price. Slow breakfast service. Buffet breakfast had to be the main down side of the whole weekend. Very disappointing. Poor food, not topped up or kept warm. This was really the only disappointment, but was a big one. Having to endure the delays caused by local roadworks,however we did find an alternative route.Local eateries MUST THINK THAT EVERY VISITOR IS A MILLIONAIRE !. They messed up my room booking and therefore embarrassed me with my roommate. We were forced to share a queen bed. Poor apology/ no "compensation". Next room was noisy with plumbing noises at all hours. the bedding was average. would have liked better sheets and covers. somewhat over-priced. Not much. there was a beeping outside that went on and off the whole night, it was quite annoying, I didnt get a very good sleep. long wait for dinner in restaurant, overpriced and when I received my dessert it came without the spun sugar as described in menu. When I asked I was told they had run out (there only four tables occupied) but the chef would make some more. He did, not the best I have seen, but at least the cost of 2 champagnes was deducted. I do thank you for that. No hot water on first morning. Pilot light went out. Bar closed at 5.30pm on second night and we needed to go to another establishment nearby. Unable to watch state of origin in bar as could not get tv working. Perhaps they should have set up or checked more than half an hour prior to the start. - Couch in the room was quite small, too small to stretch out on - Pool wasn't heated so we couldn't use it - We ordered Espresso coffee at breakfast at additional cost, but it tasted terrible and we didn't drink it. Did something weird to the milk. - $24 for a sandwich? come on guys. That's extortion. No reasonable options provided for a quick snack. Room: shower head scould do we updating - only one shower head setting. Buffett breakfast - tea making facilities not to standard - water not hot in vacuum plunger . (suggest option to privide pots of tea) Poached eggs - not trained/watery and with strong vinegar aroma (may have overdone the vinegar) Scrambled eggs - cold. bugs in the bed, in the shower in the sing. mosquitoes everywhere. Not the most modern rooms, basic for the price, rooms could do with an update bit more luxuary. 1. The cheap fittings in the bathroom - broken bin in bathroom and used tissues already in the bin when I took possesion of the room 2. The decor did not match, eg. bedspread clashed with the curtains - such a small thing, but made it look cheap . Standard of fit-out for disbility access On-line booking problems; not found by staff on arrival. The rooms were dirty and cheap fitted. The bed was made up between nights, but nothing was cleaned in the room or bathroom. Most of the lights were either not working as they should or fitted with a mix of different lamps. The staff had no knowledge about the Valley and other vineyards and restaurants. The rooms had furnitures in them which could have been from 80'S. The best description is "cheap discount motel", but the prize was not accordingly.
