  The location was quiet and the views over the golf course and canal were lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was lovely and clean. The bar area, terrace and the restaurant were really good. Our meals, dinner and breakfast, were terrific with the staff interacting in a very friendly manner. As we were there for sporting activities it was wonderful to have the spa in the room to help the sore muscles at the end of the day. The bed was very comfortable & a wonderful view from the window of the room.

  location - good for young Children to have the beach (estuary) close by we didn't have to cross roads and there was no surf - perfect. Apartment size was fantastic.   The location is amazing with uninterrupted views over Pumicestone Passage. Great walking tracks along the beach right at your doorstep. Flagged beach just a short stroll from the hotel. I couldnt pick one thing wrong with the hotel or staff. Very well done! :) - Everything except the Internet connection which was rubbish, I first paid $6 for an hour, but spent the whole hour trying to get connected, then spent another $60 in the hope for a faster Internet connection, but it was just the same. My recommendation do not buy into their Internet provider, as it is a total waste of time

  I loved the situation of the resort, beside a reserve, close to beach and passage, short walk to restaurants, shops, beach. The resort itself was luxury, comfortable and staff so helpful. - Manager was very accommodating to our family needs. The room set ups suited us very well. Very convenient to shopping amenities and the beach.

  excellent location. Plenty of room for all 8 people. Views from the rooms was fantastic. Close to eatery's and small supermarkets. great place to stay - So clean, great location, fantastic pool & friendly managers- would definitely recommend !

  The location right on Golden Beach was fantastic. The staff were helpful, they even recommend a baby sitting agency which were great. The lockable car facility was great also. It meant we could pack our car the night before leaving and know it would be safe. - I liked the friendly manager as was our first contact . For the mobility impaired and my mother also is vision impaired it was open and spacious for her too move in and out of having rails, plenty of good lighting and very secure.
