The rooms had been redone since the last time I stayed there very tastefully decorated, clean and smelled so fresh I took a step back when I first opened the door , a very big improvement and the new owners , delightful and very friendly , much enjoyed our stay we have been going to North Haven for over 20 years and when we cant take our van we stay at the Woongarra , highly recommended , well done guys.
所有评语 » Friendly welcome. Good sized room with sitting area and small kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Easy parking outside motel room. Spotlessly clean. Good value for money. Clean swimming pool area with seating. Great location for beach, river and countryside. Would definately recommend. I loved the position. Close to the beach. Easy Parking. Easy entry as they are all at ground level (Great for the arthritis sufferers) Breakfast if needed. An deserving award winner. We booked rooms for 8 adults and 4 children in cots. Rooms were spacious, bedding arrangement great, all needs catered for (except fine weather!!). Clean, comfortable unit. Great shower pressure and the bed was comfortable. Nice to have a sink and microwave. Location was good as well as the staff, very friendly, also the room was well laid out and comfortable. Location was great. Management extremely friendly and obliging. Unit very clean. Quiet at night. I liked we were only 10 min walk to the beach staff were only too happy to help when needed. A very minor complaint the kitchen cupboard and fridge doors were a bit tired looking. No big deal but another power point next to the desk would have helped with the computer. (Used the plug for the TV to get by. Not much we didn't like. The TV was a bit small. Only three gripes (moderate) that the carpark was a bit waterlogged, the TV didn't have any Satellite channels which a lot of other Motels have and internet was so weak I was unable to use it.Nothing. Nothing. Nothing to fault. nothing. Hard pillows No reading lamp Those chairs and benches outside where people would sit and talk to each other, or on the phone, and keep me awake. alarm went off at midnight and again a few minutes later until it was disconnected from the power. You as a website (letsbookhotel.com) should tell the customer that you take an 11 percent cut or make it known more. did not like being woken up with a party outside our door which went on for several hours management didnt do anything about it.
