Friendly staff from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. When we r back in Newcastle again we have told management we will book in here again. A great location that was central to our needs with easy access to public transport and close to shopping facilities. Value for money. Clean units. Mostly well maintained. Helpful, friendly staff. Good parking. Well organised. Good security around units with additional locked corridors. Provision of crockery and cutlery was appreciated and would encourage us to return.
所有评语 » We were looking for an affordable place to stay for a wedding for 1 night. So many motels are 'not quite clean' but we were very comfortable and pleased with the room's presentation. The motel was functional and basic. The room was large and had space for me and my laptop. i could open a window as well as use the air con. We liked the way that the staff were so friendly. Nothing was an effort. The rooms were comfortable, and we had good parking available. The service was exceptional and the room was very clean with comfortable beds. Very secure accommodation. nice location for me - clean and fridenly staff - no hassles - good parking. The company I was with. Staff and facilities were fantastic, thank you. toaster in the room, plus some crockery and cutlery. Clean facilities. It was very clean staff were all very lovely good value for money. under ground parking and close to all local ammenties. I found the accommodation comfortable and clean. Clean, cheap & close to conference. Great location very clean. Friendly reception. The young lady at reception gave us early entry into our room and was very pleasant and helpful. was close to Diggers club for our 2 yearly reunion at club. On the main road. Nothing. A key security deposit should have been mentioned on the website, but this is a minor thing. The motel was awesome. Bathroom fan didn't work. Only one spare blanket in cupboard, which was tiny and felt dirty. Would be better with fly screens on ALL opening windows. Should have asked for a ground floor room as we find stairs difficult and our single friend who stayed next door also found the stairs difficult. Didn't think to request ground floor. Showerhead was mounted too low on the wall for someone who is over 6ft. We did not like the other guest next door to us, as they kept the Television on all night. But that is not your fault. the curtains wouldnt stay hung and kept falling causing the light to come into the room early . other customers (young) made a lot of noise when coming home late at night ( had been out in city we think) they settled quickly . That we could only stay one night. Needs a plastic dish to wash the crockery, instead of having to wash them in the hand basin, which is a little unhygienic. The noise from the up stairs rooms travels thru downstairs very loudly. Little bit to far out of town if you want to go to the cbd a lot. the stairs and that their was no pool. the pillows were not comfortable and it was noisy being on a main road but I live in the country on a farm so I am not used to this noise generally. The stairs but I need the exercise. Noise from other young guests was terrible. They probably had been attending a concert in Newcastle that night and thought they could party on with no thought for anyone else. The rooms were no smoking but clearly this was not the case. No bloody towels in the room and no bickies or milk. Location - on a busy road. There was only one Towel and No lift to get from car to second level. Average room , no food service , including breakfast . Average room , noisy , and not worth the money .
