  We stayed in an executive (ie: renovated) 2 bedroom apartment. The decor was mostly modern, and the older furniture was still clean, stable and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchens were clean. Bed was comfortable. View was amazing (we stayed in room 67, on the 5th floor) of the beach. We booked and were given two adjacent apartments on the 7th floor Very well appointed and fantastic view, excellent location. Extremely comfortable bed too.
