The staff were excellent always friendly, polite, professional and went over and beyond expectation. The facilities were adequate and the location was fantastic within close proximity to the beaches, underwater world and shops. It was a great experience made more so by the staff. If you're looking for accommodation that's affordable, look no further. The owner was very friendly, warm, and gave great recommendations about restaurants in the area. The room looked like it just got new linens and art. The room rate was very economical for the area. The motel is a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Mooloolaba Esplanade.
所有评语 » The wonderful friendly service,privacy,awesome location and clean quiet facilities.As hard working parents of two teenagers,we dont often get to getaway for a bit of romance and relaxation.We had a wonderful time and would go again. The room was spotless and had everything you needed. The toaster and microwave was an added bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The motel is situated in an ideal position with beach and restaurants close by. Good size room with kitchenette so didn't have to make tea and coffee in the bathroom. There was even a lovely little tea pot. We always bring our own!. We went there for a funeral and they put us around the back away from a few rooms that they thought might be noisy which was very nice of them. The man working there was very very helpfull. makes me want to stay at smaller places like this more because of the service he gave US. The excellent location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Their telehone ring was too loud at night but we told the lady and she thanked us for letting her know. While we did stay during peak season, and only one night, I thought the tariff was quite high. Having to leave!. The bedding needs updating. The mattress was a little too hard. Noisy air conditioner. Old style accommodation but suitable for our needs. Nothing to dislike. Nothing really the only comment i could make was that they needed to update the rooms with a few new quilt covers to give it fresher look and split system air conditions to reduce noise. the only complaint was the food in the fridge was frozen. Felt a bit like sleeping in a garage - brick interior walls and fluorescent strip lighting. Prefer cakes of soap rather than shower gel in a wall dispenser. The traffic noice and it is dated interior. Paper thin walls. Nothing. The traffic lights on the corner.Very noisy traffic sounds. Room Cleaning especially on weekend, I paid AUD 90 for a better room and ended close to noisy area used for smokers from other rooms. cost increased between first looking and booking, very average for price in not yet high season. not kept in the best condition. Looked gloomy inside ? Due to colour of the bedding. It was a basic room with two beds. Over-priced for a family. We had a 2 bedroom motel the night before in Hervey Bay that was a street away from the beach, and was nicer with a new bathroom for $130.
