The Mangers Greg and Viv were wonderful, Fantastic Location, one street back from the beach. ample parking, good entrances to the garage and plenty of visitor parking. The apartment sizes were huge plenty of room for everyone and the decor was well done. It was only a 2 min walk to the beach 5 min to the surf club quiet did not hear much of the neighbours. Good security The public areas of the apartment block were well maintained The air con in reception was sooo nice after a morning on the be.
所有评语 » Seamark on First was excellent to stay in with older children and 2 young grandchildren. Very spacious for the wee ones to run around.and play. Apartment was very clean and tidy.Really enjoyed our stay there and the staff were excellent to deal with. Would certainly recommend people to stay there. I was very pleasantly surprised by the sheer amount of space our apartment (3 bedroom penthouse) had and auch an excellent view. It was all modern although a bit of wear and tear it was still tasteful. The location!! The staff were really friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool. We loved the gym. The room was a great size and we'll definitely be looking to come back. the staff were fantastic! very friendly & made us feel very welcome! great location & close to great restaurants and clubs. we will definitely stay here again. Because it was at the back it was quiet but we could still see the sea. Only a short walk to the shops and beach. Lovely spacious apartment with great amenities. The room was excellent, and the view of the ocean was what we were looking for. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I loved everything about the property, it was close to everything we needed I only wish we could have stayed longer. Close to to the beach and shopping but away from the noise of the traffic. Clean modern apartment well appointed. Actually was happy with everything two little ones so walking distance was great and pool fun for them. Large 3 bedroom apartment with sea views and nice furniture. Great beds. well equipped kitchen. Great location, rooms were spacious and comfortable, esplanade was literally one street away. It was extremely handy to Mooloolaba shopping strip and beach. Short walk to the beach.Plenty of places close by to eat. Split level penthouse/ great for sharing with 2 families. Several light bulbs needed replacing in our penthouse, should have been checked. An inquiry phone call I made in regards to an extra bed was treated with an attitude that I felt reflected the lady with whom I was talking to rather than the establishmenr itself. I was inclined to cancel my booking purely based on her rudeness however the second round of phone calls led me to a very lovely gentlemen who expressed reluctance but was not in any manner rude. Nothing. BBQ dirty. Nothing, the whole apartment wa great. Bedrooms need separate airconditioning. Bathroom light was very dull. Would have been nice to have TV in main bedroom. Not much view from 5th floor. Hot apartment with fans only in bedrooms and these were not good. We thus needed to have A/C on for overnight when we would have preferred fresh air, but couldn't open windows due to wet weather. There was no where to hang or store clothes in the second double bedroom. Pool a bit useless if you had a lot of people in it. Nothing was bad but a repaint would freshen up an otherwise lovely apartment. The hard mattress in the main bed room. Didn't have option of having a beach view and couldn't change room due to booking thru letsbookhotel.com instead of direct. Room was clean and well equipped but could've done with an extra armchair as seating wasn't quite adequate for 4 adults. that I was told ocean views and all I could see was thru buildings ,my friends booked easy month after me and was given a unit on tenth floor,i was on the sixth floor their unit was exactly the same as mine but full ocean views ,also my room second bedroom had no cupboard I had to live out of my suitcase. No fans in the room. No tissues. No broom. Place is a bit tired - ensuite hot and cold taps around the wrong way, couldn't use the dryer as extremely noisy. Décor very old. i asked for more toilet paper and they told me once they give you two rolls they dont give anymore and same for coffee and sugar ect..thinks thats a bit unfair concidering the price of room.not good views either. Poor quality furniture such as couch and bed. Staying in the penthouse suite and asked for more coffee and sugar and was refused. The linen and lounge chairs/ cushions are in desperate need of a clean. There was a horrible mould smell throughout the unit that couldn't be cleared. The photos of the room online did not match what we received!. I booked a 3-bed apartment. One of the queen rooms had no cupboards & it only had (hard-to-slide) louvered folding doors. This proved to be impossible for the young child & his parents who were to use this room. Building had a musty smell. No guest guide in apart with info on facilities. I thought it was poor value for money. I was not impressed with my stay at all.
