They responded to our requests promptly. Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment. Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there. The apartment was very modern and spacious.

  We loved the location as we were able to catch a tram to the city and walk to South Yarra and Chapel Street. We were also surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance.   The staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program! Free wifi a definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.
