  Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished. This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.   Booked a suite which on arrival looked very nice, really spacious, plenty of room for family of 3 however all suites have adjoining doors to the next room and whoever was next door decided to cook a very strong curry which came wafting through the door.
