This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.   The service was fantastic and very welcoming. The breakfast was wide range which was great The room was clean and presentable as well - - Free Wifi helped make the price reasonable for a 4 star hotel. - Close to Melbourne University and easy tram ride into city.
