We stayed for 2 nights & the customer service at reception was incredible. Stephanie was very welcoming & friendly. She not only accommodated all of our needs but went above and beyond the call of duty & helped make our experience at Quest very memorable! Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to use the pool but the spa bath was very luxurious and relaxing. I have never come across accommodation in Melbourne that is as excellent value for money as this. Thank you very much!.
所有评语 » Loved the candles to keep Shabbat. The bed was super comfy and the heater in the room was warm and cosy. Very nice staff. The staff were great, the location was good with easy access to transport and CBD. The room was clean and comfortable. Nicely presented room. Stayed 2 nights, very comfortable. Staff were very professional and friendly. The staff were great, the room was clean and it was quiet. They did have facilities for necessities. Good location and nice clean facilities. Overall, a good trip and a good place to stay!. I just loved the courtyard off my room and the privacy screens. Room nice and large. No problems at all, friendly staff, no fuss. I got exactly what I paid for. Close enough to the city(5 min drive) but away from the chaos and noise. Clean, friendly, value for money, would defently use again. Overnight stay that was clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was clean and the spa and shower was great. Hotel staff were friendly and helpfull. Was really comfy and quiet. The spa in the room. Loved the spa. Convenience. Everything. The room was clean and comfortable...and a bit luxurious. Ample number of pillows made it really comfortable. It was quiet. Friendly staff, parking facilities, we only stayed one night so difficult to say more. Pool spa in room comfy bed coffee machine in lobby fish pond in lobby free parking. Friendly staff, lovely garden setting, parking was excellent. rooms are spacial, well appointed, clean. Room was comfortable and spa was a bonus. Pool and room was good. Spa bath. The check in staff were nice but thats it.......... Friendly staff. Good location. The guest room was nice and comfortable. Very little I care to remember!. There was a cracked tile in bathroom and the bathroom needs updating. The pool heater was broken couldn't swim or have a hot tub :(. Not close enough to train/tram lines. I don't drive and had no knowledge of the area,and recovering from open heart surgery, I found it was a little far from some places, such as supermarkets etc. I also had no cash money on me I always use my cards they have vending machines but no teller machines to retrieve any cash to use for the vending machines or laundry machines. The pool had a leak so we couldn't swim on our stay and some car parks are a little small. Parking was limited due to restaurant reservations. Also the location is not near shops/restaurants. Communication lacked a bit, wasn't explained how to get in after hours, our bottle of champagne and breakfast packs weren't in our room we had to go and ask for them. No lcd tv. Did not like that right outside our door on the footpath was a full ashstray inviting smokers to that point. My husband got out of the shower to find two smokers standing there looking into our room--not exactly private!. Nothing really. Hard to do buisness due to set up of room. There was nothing I didn't like. Nothing!. Just a bit dated and in need of modernisation for the rates charged and compared against other similar accommodation we stayed in during our 2013 one month trip to Australia. No breakfast availability Mould on/around the spa tub and shower. Room wasn't quite as advertised. Bathroom needed a thorough clean, especially the spa. No *private* courtyard, adjoining rooms had access, and smoked close to airconditioners :(. We booked the room, despite it being a few kilometres to all that St Kilda and surrounds have to offer, because of the pool. The pool was not functional when we stayed. We were given no warning of this. Highly disappointing. The corridors smelled quite significantly of cigarette smoke. The rooms are advertised as having 5 Foxtel channels, there is no Foxtel in the rooms at all, at least there wasn't in ours. Unfortunately no-one was available to provide me with directions when I went out to meet my daughter and there were no maps or other brochures about the area available in reception. Did not have a car and for that Rea's would not stay there again. Noise at night from the walls or aircon. The Pool was closed while we booked this apartment for the pool. Big disappointment. After advertising satilite tv there were only 4 channels available. Bathroom was very average and needs updating. No microwave available in your "apartments" Restaurant within building but not available for service. Credit card surcharge not disclosed but was refunded when complained about. Very poor lighting in hallways and lift areas. A pile of dirty and torn mattresses were stacked in the hallways. Comfort in the room I got 1 hour sleep not happy..... There was toilet paper and lolley wrappers under the bed..... No parking for guests....... Still waiting for the manager to answer my call....... There was old poo in the bottom of our toilet, we ordered a queen bedroom, yet inside there was a double bed and a single. The kettle/toaster in the cupboard had no access to a power point resulting in us standing on a chair ontop of the cupboard to plug our kettle in. Two people staying yet only one breakfast pack in our room. Will not return. No hot water for 1 and half days, got terrible service once we complained! Rude staff. Only got $73 off our bill wasnt good enough. Was told they would email me within 2 days, with a deal for next stay. But havent heard anything for them. Just terribe service. We felt we shouldnt of had to pay for much or let alone any of the money. But with only $73 off was total crap!. I Stayed in an apartment that I had booked for myself and children, meant to be smoke free when arriving room strongly stunk like cigarette smoke then I was accused of smoking in room. I'm a non smoker.. Wasn't happy considering I didn't complain but wanted to. The pool and spa advertised was out of order. The inclusive breakfast was very basic as it was just dome cereal. The advertised balcony was not a balcony at all. Showers/hot and cold water and bathroom facilities and very old warnout tv and cabinets all were very much below standard for the charges and comfort received We wouls never stay at Quest again. Our room smelt like smoke. I asked for a king size bed and was given a queen and a single bed. Not much room in the room. Hinge broken on one of the closet doors. No water cap on the iron which resulted in water coming back out onto clothes. Overpriced. No tea or coffee facilities within the room.
