Fantastic service from lovely hosts - we received most helpful suggestions and recommendations which ensured we had a wonderful four day stay in McLaren Vale. Well appointed good sized unit with very comfortable bed and good facilities. Plenty of parking. Gorgeous & peaceful garden for quieter moments. Handy to restaurants and wineries. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed was so comfortable, Bathroom was huge, Spa was truly relaxing, rooms were really a great size and breakfast was good. A swim in the pool was lovely, finished off by a glass of wine under the palm trees. A great place to stay.

A quiet policy when you return to your room so not to annoy other guests. fantastic location to wineries and main street for eating and drinking. Staff were very kind and helpful especially the cleaning staff who did a splendid job, The whole place is well maintained and everything works.The gardens pool and Palm trees which surround the property are all in good condition and provide nice shady areas. The Facilities were fantastic, we were booked in for the weekend to go to a wedding and found it easy to find, the staff were very helpful in organising our room and payment. We will definately stay there again if heading down that way. The size of the apartment style room. The bathroom which had dual showers and a large spa bath. The cleanliness and nice touches such as a coffee plunger and filtered coffee as well as biscuits and cheeses provided free of charge. The rooms were very well appointed with room to move . Appreciated the separate kitchenette and bathroom area.Staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay in a fantastic wine & food region. Everything! We had a self contained unit, so it was great having the kitchen & washing facilities when staying for 4 nights. And the spa in the room was amazing - could have enjoyed it for hours!. The staff member on duty was extremely helpful and gave out excellent information and advice. Excellent king sized bed, lovely big bathroom with seperate toilet. Good facilities for tea and coffee making. Close to wineries and places to eat. I loved the king size bed and pillows. The room was lovely and clean. I also loved the idea of washer & dryers in the room. The room was spacious and well set out with ensuite and also a small kitchen that if you wanted you could do simple meals. the double rooms were spacious for the whole family and the facilities were clean and excellent service. The whole experience for my wife and I the suclusion of the place the spa was nice and the large rooms. Everything, the spa was amazing, the food was excellent, the service was very prompt and friendly. More than we expected in a motel it was lovely. Staff allowed us to use the laundry facilities. Room clean and comfortable. Good location - had everything we needed. There was a spa bath that was blocked off from use unless you paid an extra $20 per night. We paid $170 or so a night for a king bedded studio for that price I would of thought it would of included the spa..a bit stingy. Nothing really. We were afraid it would be noisy as it is just off the main road, but that wasn't a problem. There is no access to Wifi, but a dvd player was provided which was a bonus. The cooked breakfast we ordered - the bacon was a bit over cooked. But that's clutching at straws to find something to write here. Felt the shower area was below standard with no division for water from shower with curtain, screen or floor grading. Could not leave clothes in area when showering or get changed in shower area. Water went all over the floor area. Nothing I didn't like. Thought it was value for money. The cold swimming pool. The only thing that was odd was the roller door on the spa. no bath. Upon emptying spa found hair in the bottom of spa which did not belong to either of us. No real cooking facilities Unheated pool. The breakfast was disappointing. Was noisy one night with people talking outside very loudly. A basic and maybe slightly dated interior. The price. Over priced. being winter, the bathroom was cold and uninviting even the spa bath. Dated on the outside. Nothing. I would have given a higher rating for facilities except the shower drain was blocking and flooded the shower area. I did advise them and they said they would attend to straight away. Also think there should be a separate "sink" for washing up. Only one available is bathroom vanity one. Nothing.
