  Managers were great - its great to arrive and be greeted with a friendly smile, the position is superb. Apartment was clean & roomy (3br) plenty of room and awesome views. - Our apartment was very clean which is very important to us. Had everything we needed and was quite as we were there in July which is the off season.

  Very spacious apartment, ideally located to shops, beach & dining. Great views & very relaxing. We intend to stay with M1 at Maroochy again! - a nice week of paradise day trips out to places like Montville good meals at the local rsl club and nice peaceful nights in our apartment

  The staff were lovely. The room was spacious and having my own dishwashing facitilites and washing machine made me feel at home. Loved the view, especially since I could see it in every room and in the shower. Loved that it was just few minutes walk from the shops.   The staff and facilities were great, including book & dvd library. Layout of apartment perfect for families with plenty of indoor and balcony space. Plenty of good cooking/serving ware and generous supplies of shampoo/soaps etc in bathrooms/kitchen. Short walk to supermarket, shopping plaza, movies, bars & eateries. Our views to the ocean were beautiful. We had a great time staying here and would have no hesitation in recommending Waves to anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best coffee could be had at Mikki's just near the entrance to the hotel driveway...highly recommended for food, service, and of course coffee!

  We loved our apt.It was bright, cheery, airy, absolutely everything we needed was there. Furniture was very comfy and modern. The views across the park and river so peaceful,quiet and beautiful, and with the park right at the door, with bbq's and tables it was just magic. Loved the sheltered balcony and additional parking spaces nearby as well as a garage. Far enough from the township for a good walk without being a great distance from the shops.
