Our room was neat, clean and nicely furbished. The location was perfect to the beach which was peaceful, clean and flagged. The Staff were helpful and friendly ( Espically Jack, who was professional, friendly and exceptionally helpful, a true asset to your business - he deserves a raise). I would recommend you to anyone. For the price we paid it was brilliant to have ocean views and apartment was nice and bright and airy. Bed was comfie and pillows were great! Loved their was a nice bar downstairs to have a nice drink pre-dinner. Loved that it was right on the beach for easy access. Will stay again for sure.
所有评语 » The staff were fantastic, the grounds were beautiful as was the view, the food was great, and so was the fact that they had everything you could want or need on site so you didn't have to drive anywhere else. The best bit was the staff - warm friendly and helpful and very welcoming :). The location was great so close to airport, the ease for checking in, friendly staff, great assistance and recommendations by staff members, great hotel, will be back again and have already recommended to many friends and family. I originally booked a queen room for myself and then a friend came with me. Upon checking in we requested a twin room and it was no problem and ended up in a larger room with both a queen and single bed. the location is in the middle of nowhere but if you have a car, it is not a problem. The beach is pristine and not crowded at all. A little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Love Marcoola Beach!. staff were amazing, and well organised as i had late checkin, room was comfy, view was amazing!. Great location. Even though close to the airport, there was no noise. love view from room plus easy access to pool and beach. Location & quality of room the parking. Great value, Great venue, Great location. The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the room couldn't have been much better - as a cleaner myself perhaps I was more aware of the lack of standard - eg: the exhaust in the bathroom was so clogged up it did nothing to get rid of the steam - mirrors were not cleaned properly, toilet surrounds were dusty as was most other surfaces. Nothing. It was all good. Room is a little small and dislike the white lighting. nothing!. the BED very uncomfortable. No pre-information about booking in after reception closes. One maintenance issue with a door jamb, but I'm sure they will fix it. Road traffic noise from departing patrons. the parking. The room we got was not like the room shown on the website, disappointed as this was out 1st year wedding anniversary and the room was very old and small. Milk too small for a room for 6. Food at the attached hotel Bar/pub was awful. We had salads, burgers and nachos and no one was happy with the food at lunch so we went elsewhere for dinner and breakfast. Room was well used (carpet dirty). Shower hot/cold handle broken, airconditioner very loud. No onsite parking as was all taken,. Roadside rooms very, very noisy. the bed was comfortable, but squeaky!!!!!!. Although it was a nice gesture to put me in a room which had recently been renovated, someone should really have checked whether or not it was suitable to stay in so soon after it had been painted. The paint fumes were soo bad I had to sleep with the door open the entire night and it still didn't help that much... Other than that, all good. small out dated room rooms very cold no parking. room tiny and for cost not good value ac noisy Drifts restaurant appalling worst meal ever frozen seafood thrown into stale cooking oil thai beef salad meat only a dog would chew on and salad chef has know idea what is required to make a Thai dressing complained to manager who offered to take our plates away a horrid dining experience staff unsure parking options. We did not enjoy our stay at your hotel because the air conditioning think to kill us by removing all the moisture from the air and causing us to have deep dehydration making our stay the very unpleasant. We will not be black.
