A standout for me was my interaction with staff members. Having flexibility on a business trip is critical and they went out of their way to accommodate my requests and ensure everything was set up and ready to go. From the time we arrived at the hotel /reception on the 15 April
2013 was met by the staff who was courteous and greeted us with a warm
welcome , gave us information on the property and surrounds with wifi
password and advised this was at no cost.
The housekeeping was simply excellent with the room cleaned everyday and linen renewed as well.
We also liked the proximity to Hobart CBD and the restaurants that were at a hop, skip and a jump , could not ask for any better

The villa itself was absolutely beautiful, spacious, clean, great amenities, modern, with the most spectacular view over the harbour from the balcony / lounge.
