The staff was amazing friendly. We booked very late on the same night we were staying and ended up showing up after office hours. They not only let us in, but after realizing the room we had booked was not cleaned, upgraded us to a better accommodation for no extra charge. Can't express enough how thankful we are. The staff were very helpful and more than happy to offer advice on the best places to visit. The morning I spotted the bunnies outside the bedroom window was a lovely surprise and added to the family/community environment. The property is also secure with code required for vehicles to enter and exit.
所有评语 » I really loved the place very much. It was very spacious and I loved the heaters in the bathroom. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and without a doubt will come and stay here again if I have the chance. The location was great. A quiet spot in a suburb, yet only a short drive yo the city. The room in my cabin was lovely with all necessary amenities. I did not want for anything. And free wi-fi a bonus. Villa 3: Value for money Secure premises Clean Easy, convenient parking Location Friendly staff Free high speed wireless internet Excellent facilities in the house :). Quiet location,easily accessable to City and shopping centre. Clean and comfortable,with all facilities supplied. Great value for families. Feels safe and secure as the access to this area is via PIN code. The cottage is also very clean and compact. Free wifi. Good "no frills" ,clean, comfortable holiday house vibe. Early morning visit from the rabbit. Very clean and quiet cleaning lady was very nice, laundry was very clean and much appreciated. Had plenty of space and everything was well presented. Location, clean, value. so nice and quiet. customer service. in a small place, everything was complete. i could even cook on top of a portable oven, which was a first for me. but i could only cook one dish at a time. nearly tripped the place when i started using 2 equipments. Toys in the house is an extra for little child. Kitchen with full facilities made cooking convenience. Bathroom with heater is fantastic for cold weather. the heating in room was very warm and kept my children warm during the night. The washing mashine and dryer were good. Good location - a little difficult to find entrance on initial arrival - good grounds - loved the rabbits!!. Close to Hobart City. not much really, the shower was good and the TV, to be honest. The cabin we stayed in was lovely, however may not have been maintained as well as it could have been. I think new owners have recently taken over and they're probably in the process of attending to maintenance issues. One thing I disliked was the WIFI. It worked perfectly fine during reception hours but however once the reception closed the WIFI stopped working. So I wasn't able to get any connection during the weekend. The parking spot was kind of tight. But I did have a campervan... If all 3 caravan spots were taken opposite my cabin, even a car would have struggled to get in. Villa 3: Some facilities in the house needed fixing/upgrading; one shower was unusable due to leak, one bunk too flimsy and the other had no safety rail, the heating in the house needs a serious upgrade, and coming into summer it could do with fans/air conditioning. BBQ on patio was dirty. There was a mix-up in my check-in dates. No entrance to the cottage via the main road. The parking space is also small as 3 cars have to park side by side with only few inches apart. Having only time for a short break!. No flywire screen on door and some windows, curtain over queen bed needs to be longer, sun coming straight in on face. Nothing really. not enough heating. it was a bit cold, even with the heater on. but the blankets were enough. The hot water run off after 4 showers. Need to wait few hours to continue the shower. There was an unpleasant loud sound when the tap water turn on. The 3 units of heaters is not enough for the whole house. Some of the bunk beds need to refurbish as it is sinking. they have a water pressure problem and could hear other rooms turning on there tap. also there trees were to close to the room as we could here alot of birds at night and early in the morning, other than that it was great. It's was not like the website the roof was caving in. Dust in the kitchen that I thought was a mouse. Very hard to find as it's on a slip road where you have to drive around looking for small signs pointing to the park. Cabin 26 - old, outside light dnw. No stove - but two movable hot plates located in the unpainted bottom kitchen cabinet. No exhaust fan in bathroom - very small living area - did not locate any smoke alarms - verandah unusable. Car park located with rubbish bins. Not worth the money for cabin 26!! Other cabins seemed in far better condition. Worst accommodation in 16 day Tasmania trip. Basic accommodation, old in need of maintence. A little disappointed with what was advertised and the real thing. Bedroom very small, no room to move. Oven did not work. Just the minimum on plates, mugs, cutlery available, sponge a bit on the nose (stank), kitchentowel not really good quality. We booked this cottage to be able to cook, but it was impossible. It was noisy as well, kids playing ball were cars are parked. Front door jammed, hard to open/close.
