  We loved our time at the Grand Mercure. Staff are friendly and very down to earth. The facilities are great we spent more time in the pool then we did at the beach. The location is awesome you can smell the beach and plenty of restaurants to go to.   This place is absolutely amazing! The host, Mechelle, was incredibly friendly and helpful in making arrangements for activities around Hervey Bay and even for the other locations of our trip.   The hotel was right across front eh each with excellent views. The room was large and well equipped. Parking was secure and access to the room was easy with the elevator from the basement. - I found the staff very helpful and Lisa was very efficient, was pleased with the unit itself and the view of the bay was excellent, loved having two tv's.

  the staff were wonderful with my 10yr old who enjoyed going to the office to pick a dvd movie each night and to get the wifi vouchers. The park was very clean and tidy. - The cottage was very comfortable, well equipped and good air con. The pool and conversation area were a big plus. We would stay here again.
