  Position was ideal for our visit to Grafton. Usually stay in The Abby just up the road but would not go past this motel when in Grafton next time. Staff were friendly and helpful;room was comfortable , clean and was all I could ask for.   The location was handy as we didn't have to go into town. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. The TV was great, had a really big screen! - The staff was very open and helpful with our late arrival. The room clean and well equipped, place nice and quiet.
