We really like the location of the motel as we were in Gosford looking to buy a new caravan & the motel was location right beside the Caravan Sales Yard. We went shopping just across the Rd at the Wyoming shopping center & had dinner at the bistro just up the Rd. I think the location is perfect !!. Lovely friendly staff & very clean room. I liked the reception staff who were very helpful and knowing that I might arrive late gave me a phone call to ensure that I was nearby or to make arrangements with me to have a late check in. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and it is in a quiet area which I liked but is in walking distance to shops and restaurants.
所有评语 » The moment you enter the building you are made to feel special. The food in the restaurant is great and value for money and the lizards in the grounds are also funny to watch. The room & furnishings had been somewhat modernised. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. We were happy with the room at the price we paid. The restaurant was maaged very well. The food was great and the staff were friendly. I was looked after and have no complaints about the excellent service. The staff were very friendly . And it was a nice family enviroment. I would recommend it for anyone who wants a nice quiet stay. Room was clean and big. Very conveniently located next to many restaurants. Friendly staff. Will come again in future. very friendly staff, especially the manager, nice food, very quiet despite being near freeway, peaceful environment. Enjoyed sitting outside the room and watching the cheeky lizards .. very relaxing. Staff happy and helpful:). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant provides a good menu and wine list at good prices. we found it very comforty and quiet freindly and with in distance with everything we wanted to do. The room was large and comfy. Close to supermarkets, fuel and eateries. Quiet location. It was close to the stadium. The shops were nearby . I didn't like the fact that there was no forks, larger plates or bowls for basic toast, cereal for breakfast or to eat my salad. The train so close. I did not like that my room was near the railway tracks. I will be asking for a room away from the tracks when I stay next month. The only thing i didnt like was our lizard visitors. nothing. Nothing comes to mind. Next room was loud. The facilities in the room were my great. No foxtel. heating didn't work properly advertised as free wireless internet access for the room I booked - free internet access not provided advertised as room with courtyard - no courtyard for the room I stayed in advertised with foxtel - no foxtel provided room smelled of cigarettes think the smell was coming in through a vent. The fact my fridge didnt work and was not checked to be in working condition before I checked in. Loud plumbing noise from tap, no exhaust fan in bathroom. No bowls/plates etc in room, no cutlery other than teaspoon. Restaurant being closed on a Friday night. The room layouts have been changed and there are no power points near the bed. Also needs cutlery and crockery in the room as the restaurant is closed Friday and Sunday so if you bring food back to the room you need to eat it out of the container. Service a little delayed. There was nothing I didn't like. noisy water pipes. In the price bracket, there wasn't anything we didn't like. There was nothing to not like. Plumbing in need of a major o/hall. Noise very disturbing. shower head too low for anyone over 5' 8". Given general increase in population height needs to be kept in mind for any refurbishments. Just a smell coming up from drain hole near spa bath , no big issue after we poured some water in it but did make the room smell like baby milk vomit until we did that , just stale water. Shower in bath. decor is somewhat dated both in the room and in the dining room Didn't stay long enough to see other facilities. Breakfast only after 7 am and needed to be travelling by 6.30 am. Major traffic jam from highway to motel - could have travelled to my next day Newcastle destination in that time. Gym closed. Gym was almost unusable as Most equipment was damaged or in dangerous condition. Foxtel Channels are only Sports Channels No Free WiFi as stated. All of the above reasons are why I chose to stay, quite disappointed with the actual offer vs. online description. no free wi-fi which lots of other venues offer. Air Con units are out dated . The dirty ash tray on the balcony. made request for repair to light in foyer on first morning. It remained inoperable on second morning when we checked out. the spa bath was not clean infact it was quite dirty only 2 towels bed wasnt a queen was a double thought we booked a queen. nothing. facilities are tired. Train noise. Room quality No tissues in room No cutlery in room No in house movies or foxtel Though the hotel has foxtel sign Price is expensive when compared to an ocean view room with spa at the etalong mantra hotel. Everything.
