opening the door to the view of the apartment with the deck overlooking the beach...breathtaking! The king size bed was so comfortable along with the leather lounges. great to have 2 of everything for my husband & myself...i.e. t.v.lounge, bathroom & shower. loved the easy acess to the shops & restaurants on ground floor. Appreciated the free parking compared to Mercure in Sydney. Sorry we only booked such a short stay there.
所有评语 » The apartment. The view. The location. This is probably like "i'm living my dream moment". Such a beautiful apartment with beach view. Fews steps away from the beach. McDonalds and restaurants on the ground floor, big supermarkets a few meters away, bus stop near the apartment, few kms away from the airport. Loved it. The unit was great, very spacious and quality fittings/appliances. The view and ambience were awesome. Did NOT want to leave. Close to beach and amenities. Did not use the car at all as there was no need. Although it was two bedrooms, the beach was visible to the front and the highest this time! The dolphin was also seen from the veranda and two weeks were able to be passed with a sufficient feeling. We stayed for three nights following our wedding in nearby Cobaki Lakes. We got a room on the 12th floor. Absolutely beautiful, modern, gorgeous views from a large balcony. Very worth a stay!. Beautiful location and the room was amazing. We enjoyed everything and were lucky enough to see some whales from our balcony while enjoying dinner! We loved everything!. Location was excellent, Décor and furnishings vastly superior, Facilities superb. Free Wi Fi. Gym, Cafes and shops underneath very good. The layout of the apartment. Friendly staff. The location of the tower to relevant tourist attractions. The view and feeling og privacy. the location and the apartment was great will book again. The view handy to shopping and the beach. I would recommend to my friends. Locality was great, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to everything. Rooms were very spacious and family friendly. Relaxed atmosphere, view from balcony on 16th floor, size and comfort of room. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. Very convenient having dining options just below the complex. Very quick check in, no problems at all. Everything you could ever need for self-catering. Highly recommend!. That all apartments had great ocean views, proximity to beach & shops. Large well appointed apartment. The Unit was just as shown on the internet photograph. Very luxurious and well worth the money. Everything - loved it. the view and location. almost everying. location. Unable to lock door to deck, wind blowing in thru doors/windows & huge cracks in walls round 2nd bedroom entrance. The mattress needs to be changed. Feels old and saggy. 45 minutes long drive (no traffic) going to the city center. Expensive taxi that could cost you about 100AUD just to get there one way. The car park numbering was confusing but once the right park was found this was not a problem. Would be useful to know which cable TV channels were available and which were which, but again this was only minor. Many last time worse-mannered Asians than the time of staying were staying, and it felt sick. It was a bit noisy in the mornings but it didn't worry us that much and the view and room more than made up for it!. the slowness of the elevators. Not being able to access another floor where family were staying without going to reception or them coming to collect us. Was that the cleaners stole all my food our of the fridge which I have delivered to my apt and then it took 1/2hr to get it back from them. Them room was not ready when I checked in and I had to wait 1/2hr. The main tv didn't work,then was a problem with the stove as well . Nothing, thought it was all great. Extra noise on Fri, sat nights from street. Nothing, everything was lovely!. A lack of adequate utensils in apartment and no wifi available. No wifi Spa out of action a number of times over the week. Musinest in the corridors from wet carpet. Nothing. I didnt like the height and we were on the sixteen floor But at the end of the time there I got used to it because the views were so good ...I just didnt look down .... Cleaner entering room after knocking, and I wasn't able to reach the door before he entered. The room was too close to the pool and for an older family I thought we would be up a few higher levels than level 3. The lifts were very slow sometimes waiting up to 10 minutes. Pillows not up to scratch!!. Trying to book in on Sunday when the office is closed before you can book in. This to us seemed strange. Pool was built in the shadows. No Wi Fi, had to go to a coffee shop to check emails. Seems to me that this should be mandatory for a classy resort such as this. if McDonalds can do it, why can't your organisation?. When we wanted to book another stay in that same room, they could not guarantee the same room or the same side of the building, so at this stage I'm still looking for accommodation. Needs Wire fi , and maybe the pool needs to be slightly heated as not a lot of sun on the water to warm it up, noticed everyone thought it was freezing. It could have done with austar. Staff weren't as helpful as could have been. Put a handle in shower for assistance when needed. The lifts are terribly slow. We only had 3 chairs for the balcony and could have done with a second sofa in the lounge. The pool area is always very windy and in the shade most of the day so quite inpractical. lounge furniture/comfort,quallity of utensils. Kids dominating lap pool all day and night. Extra charge for portacot. nothing. Hard to visit other family on another floor. No tea pot. no wifi\althrough cable internet was ready and available. bed in main bedroom needs updating. i didnt like the fact that when booking on letsbookhotel.com i had a choice of 2 bedding arrangements and the one I selected was not honoured!! Reflection staff blame letsbookhotel.com for the error and would not change my room type accordingly so I was very disappointed that I had to pay for a fold away bed in the unit. It was obviously not my fault yet I had to pay for the error. Thats not the way you keep a paying customer happy, I was made out to feel like it was my fault. Pool & spa. Pool is a little small but ok however spa was cold for 2 days.
