I love everything about the Phoenician, if I could, I'd live there permanately, lol.. Location is great, its close to the beach, all the shopping at Pacific fair, a great central local etc, and still close to the hussle and bussle of Surfers... Not to mention great for all the local Resturants, and Oasis Shopping Center... I just love it... :-). We liked the spaciousness of the apartment the location of the complex right in the centre of Broadbeach with easy access to beach, shops restaurants.This is a very lively area at weekends but once doors were closed at night we heard no noise at all.
所有评语 » The resort is so central to everything you need for a gold coast holiday , The beach , dinning , shops , so nicely presented and very comfortable , air con and tv in main bedroom complements the rest of the rooms . Well designed and equipped. Bed was sooo comfy. 2 x TVs much appreciated. Very clean apartment. Great pools and spa. Close to shops & eateries. Close to transport. Very friendly/helpful staff. Great location, close to the beach, cafes and restaurants at your doorstep and close to Pacific Fair. Loved the building architecture and nice apartments. We love the situation, right in the restaurant district and handy to the shopping centre but still so close to the beach and markets. not necessary to use car after arrival for duration of stay ...great ....easy access to shops\eateries\beach\casino\spa\pool\sauna . Location to everything was convenient Quiet resort Kids bedrooms were further from master bedroom which allowed for privacy. Close to everything, the room was lovely and spacious. Staff were efficient and courteous. What lovley resort serounded by good food and shopping at the beach amazing !!!. Proximity to restaurants, convention centre, beach, shops with comfort. Spacious room Well located Good facilities Kitchen well supplied. Location Indoor Pool (as we had cold & wet weather). love being close to shops and cafes and beach. the location and the size of the apartment. Absolutely everything. All was just great. love all of it. The two pools. everything. location. Price was good. Location was great - close to the convention centre, shops and restaurants. The location was good. It was in the middle of the cafes and restaurants, and within walking distance of the beach. location is great. outside design. Um, Nothing!. Although the TVs, furniture and carpet have been recently updated, the rest of the apartment seemed very tired. Would have preferred a beach view rather than the highway, otherwise great. just a couple of trivial things: like we had flat batteries on remote \no coffee sachels in the kitchen container box of tea bags etc...but staff were good about it , even tho we had to fetch them ourselves from reception (delivery would have been a Nice touch ). Didnt like the stove cook top Couches could be more comfy Outside pool was not used,fence made it difficult to enjoy aesthetically,felt imprisoned,we preferred the beach bcs of the open feel,the pool was very small. No air conditioning in the bedroom and there is plenty of room to put one there. Nothing. Bathroom small and requires renovation No tv in bedroom. Pricing was on par with other apartments I have stayed in Broadbeach. However, those apartments were fresh and modern compared to the tired 2 bedroom apartment at The Phoenician. the in door pool tiling is coverd with grime,and the foyer is very dated,in the north wing. The room and furnishings were tired looking and had no view and the air conditioning was noisy. The balcony doors couldn't be left open due to no insect or security screens. nothing. no dislikes. The room was a little "tired". The paintwork and decor were shabby. The reception staff were very unfriendly. We had lost our key room and requested for a new key and one of the first question was "did you even check in with us in this hotel?". I'm not quite sure what she had meant by this question but it implied that she didn't think we could afford to stay at this resort or that we were in the wrong place! It was quite patronizing of her!! Not happy at all. they say they have interet, but acually it is a third party service and the people working in the reception kind of wash their hands on your problems. Before I checked-in extra money was charged as a fee for credit card. The bed sheets and blankets were unclean.
