loved everything the rooms were big and furniture was modern and comfortable had pool and spa and dishwasher and washing machine and dryer it was awesome A++++ i would stay there again that's for sure !!!!. Loved the spa, even though we could not find out how to switch it on! Loved that the unit had a proper cooker. Nice it had ashtray. The location is great, the price reasonable and the rooms comfortable.
所有评语 » This accommodation was fabulous I will definitely be staying there again. It was roomy, clean, great location and the cost of rooms was very reasonable. I can definitely recommend this to anyone. We were on a weekend of theme park visits and found the proximity to SeaWorld ideal for our situation. The late check in intercom made it easy to arrive when we were finished at Movie World. Very spacious and clean 2 bedroom apartment. Managers, office and cleaning staff very nice and approachable. Grounds and garden well looked after. Good position at Southport. The most important thing was how clean it was FANTASTIC. We loved the size of the rooms. The full kitchen was great. Pool & spa where fantastic as well. Ample space, very clean and fresh, all conveniences, good location with the park opposite and the Broadwater. The staff were most helpful. Very warm n safe n good space n facilities. I was abit late to check out n apologized but staff were fine about it. Staff were friendly. Great value for money. Clean and comfortable. Spa was amazing. Close to everything needed. Great value for money. Great position. Close to everything..Friendly service. Will definately stay again. Room is dated and only a double bed but for the price OK. good location and costs fair room was of a good size[had been upgraded from studio unit]. Quiet in a very nice setting with spacious apartment and well appointed. Spacious rooms. Position. location. nothing. nothing to fault with the place it was awesome!!. The unit didn't have a tea-towel or loo paper on arrival. My only negative was that the air conditioner smelled a bit like stale smoke when first turned on. But once the windows were opened and the air con run for a while it was fine. Unable to park on site when arriving home late one evening..There are no specific designated unit car parks. Very helpful Managers kept a park for us the next evening just in case the same problem occurred. The main bed mattress was rock hard in our apartment. The location abit further from njghtclubs ($20 cab fare) then thought but otherwise wuld haPpily book in there again :). Was quite noisy due to renovations and hot water took ages. lack of parking. As we are both over 60 and my sister is 76 (and stayed with us 2 nights) it would have been good to be on ground level - not having to carry lots of stuff up stairs. Noisy children. hot water took too long to get to the shower but when it got there was fine. No extra toilet paper in the room ... had to go more of my own even after asking management for some. 3 flights of stairs with all of our luggage. no tea towel and no sheet on the second bed. bed was a little firm. n/a. Hot water ran out. The shower was not good. Hot water took forever to come and not good when it finally arrived. we had booked a unit with 2 single beds and when we got there they upgraded to a different unit-that's fine but then tried to charge $25/night extra for extra bed as upgrade was 1 queen bed [myself and son so had specified 2 beds] after a bit of discussion they relented and then changed rooms again this one between 2 permanent residents who had tv on full every night and other partying all weekend so very noisy beds were old and made loud clangs as you rolled over. Lots of problems with the room - dripping tap, broken towel rail, broken TV and having to deal with a remote site manager on a Sunday evening. Room was a bit tired, could do with a make over including new mattress on bed,. attitude of staff when they were contacted regarding late check out due to the Gold Coast Triathlon and the road closure no-one at Reception after mid-day Saturday would not class as a resort at all would not stay again. No hot water Traffic noise Old and out dated Very miss leading web site in reference to resort. The room stunk like someone had smoked continously in it and wet the carpet and left all the windows and doors shut, we won't be going back there again!.
