A lovely place to stay. Excellent and very friendly and helpful staff, good facilities, great location and well cared for facilities. We enjoyed our stay immensely. My friend liked it so much that she has been staying there as a home away from home. I will definitely stay again when I am able. I think the Bay of Palms would be one of the rare accommodation places on the Gold Coast where one can get a good night's sleep - no noisy traffic! It's extremely handy to buses and Supermarket. Lovely outlook over a Lake which drew some interesting birdlife while we were there.
所有评语 » The staff were wonderful and so friendly. The resort was kept beautifully clean and it was so relaxing. I had my son with me who has autism and it can be hard to keep him happy but he had the best time there. :). The value for money was amazing. Everything we needed was so close by and the staff were very welcoming and friendly aswell as the other guests staying. Great view of the river. Plenty happening on the river canoeing, ducks, seagulls, pelicans, walkers walking around. Liked watching the sun coming up. Great location. A fantastic view overlooking bay. Close proximity to shops,clubs & beaches.. Excellent value for money, Family friendly pool .. Shops nearby fantastic, walking distance to some parks and easy access by car and bus if needed to the rest if the Gold Coast. Pool an Lake are fantastic, staff are very friendly and helpful! Shops are right next door so no long walk needed. It was close to relatives and the location was very nice overlooking the water and was very peaceful. The Dog! The Staff were great, friendly, helpful,what more could one ask for!. Quiet place with lake view which is good for relaxation. All of the above and management were just the best !!. It had a lovely outlook onto the pool and garden. Central to the area we needed to go to. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. Convenience to what we were doing. Location was excellent. location and staff. First glance the place looked very tropical, well set out, close to facilities and easy to find,. I can't see this spot being popular with young guests - too quiet. But older people would be overjoyed.The distance to carry gear was a bit much. We were in an upstairs unit. A Porter would be appreciated by older guests. A larger tv set would be appreciated as the screen was too small for comfortable viewing at the distance from the Lounge. My only dislike was the the couch was a little uncomfortable when we sat to watch tv. No extraction fan in the bathroom. Not much to do in the area but great if you want value for money an a nice relaxing week away, we will be back again!. Zilch, nada, nothing. None. Nothing !!. we thought everything was good. The square wheels in the screen door. Low water pressure in shower and condition of oven/stove which we did not use. noisy neighbours , walls to thin can hear a pin drop from next door. Maybe the lake shore could be cleaned up. There was a lot of dog poo and we also found quite a lot of broken glass in the 'grass' fronting the lake. But otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay. Our room was not very clean, shower area, floors cupboards and some crockery were quite dirty. 2 bedside lamps didn't work nor did the clock. It was pretty shit. My single room was part of a 2 bedroom place that ppl were staying in. Do there was a locked door joining the 2 rooms and NO soundproofing. So I got to hear every bloody word they said, swore, yelled..they were all class. I barely slept for 2 weeks n if I could have left after the first night n refunded my money I would have. Oh and I especially loved watchin the owner fight with the cleaner at reception. Way to go guys very professional. Utter shit.
