Free breakfast in the breakfast room was good and I met some nice guests of the motel whilst having breakfast. The recommendation from Peter (owner of the Glen Innes Motel) of an evening meal from the caravan park opposite was delicious and very much appreciated. When travelling through GI again I will definitely stay at the Glen Innes Motel. It is excellent value. Good location. Helpful and informative staff. The room was scrupulously clean with a very roomy bathroom. For "budget" accommodation we were very impressed. Complimentary continental breakfast was very much appreciated before our early start. Would stay again.
所有评语 » Unexpectedly surprised that the rooms were so clean for the price. Facilities in room: toaster, cutlery, plates and microwave made it very efficient for a stopover. Breakfast provided as part of the price was also helpful. We appreciated staying at a hotel which offered a basic but adequate breakfast and included wi-fi. This is becoming an increasingly important factor for many travellers. Convenient stop between Sydney and Melbourne. Facilities excellent at a good price. Staff friendly and helpful. Free breakfast good. Clean, comfortable and including breakfast, great value for money. Great value for money. Very clean & comfortable. Well done!!. Rooms were reasonable for the price which did include a continental breakfast. For those that live in the peace and quiet of back streets in suburbia, or if you need that good nights sleep after a long drive etc, the New England Highway is a bit off-putting if staying in the front row of rooms. The rear rooms which are protected from the front row would be a better choice for a small extra charge. The front rooms did not bother me as I live fronting a country highway. The heavy vehicle traffic appeared to settle down later in the evening. The towels provided have definitely seen better days. At home, when they start to get to that stage, they are relegated to cleaning or dog use. They looked dirty even though they smelt clean. A great fluffy towel is a welcome sight to a tired traveller. Nothing. Non Smoking room with strong smell of tobacco smoke from carpet and furniture fabric. External poster price advertising was misleading - presumably to match others in street. Noise from main street was not mentioned on booking info but evident on location. Further the street address was distorted to make it unclear that this was located on the main highway - as it happens, noise was not an issue but the advertising was somewhat deceptive - however we were sympathetic to the reasons. Nothing. A swimming pool would have been good. The other guests were a bit noisy till about 11:30pm. Did not realise when we booked the room that it was on the road so found it a little noisy, would stay there again but in one of the delux units at the back off the road.
