I booked a studio unit and was really impressed. My studio was very spacious, with a combined lounge/dining/kitchen area with a large bedroom and huge bathroom. It was all very modern, clean and I thought great value - more expensive than the motels but much bigger & nicer. Pub with bottleshop next door. Undercover parking right outside your door. The greeting on arrival and courtesy shown to us as guests. Security gates for the safety of vehicles and unwelcome people. The cleanliness of the apartment and the space in the apartment all first class. Worthy of a ***** rating. Can't wait to stay there again.
所有评语 » The best place to stay in Geraldton. Family oriented yet suites all types of travellers. Location is perfect and staff and facilities are first class! Will definitely stay here again. The room was spacious and clean and security was very good. I have already recommended this resort to my friends and I would definately stay there again. Ground floor with parking out the front, pool facilities were fantastic. Room was large and so very clean. Very tidy and up to date. Beautifully decorated with interesting art work. It didn't feel like a motel room - more a bed and breakfast. Very comfortable. The beds were the best soooo.... comfy, very spacish, bright, alot of room, very clean, love the lock garage and the secruity. 1.. secure parking 2.. spacious rooms with plenty of light 3.. functional kitchen 4.. decent sized bedroom and built-in robes. The studio room were well appointed and comfortable, all clean and tidy. Reception were helpful and friendly and quick. The units are very clean and modern with all the proper appliances. The reception staff was extremely helpful. The comfortable studio facilities of the bathroom, bedroom & living area. Great to have a full kitchen. I liked that the Resort was very clean and tidy. And I also liked the inside design of the apartments. It was very clean and bed was comfortable.Lovely place to stay We would definately stay there again.... great position; clean & well maintained. Studio nice & roomy. Helpful staff. Good security. clean Able to have one bedroom room with two twin beds for daughter and myself - responsive staff. The room was lovely .pool and spa lovely and barbecues very clean excellent would come again. Location and proximity to town. Great facility next door for a meal and a drink. The charge back facility from restaurants in town. Gated security... A very modern resort with a high level of facilities Genuine 4 star. Always stay here as good location. Spa is main per requisite for us. We found the apartments were great and we would stay there again. The design was both artistic and functional. Very confortable. The privacy was very good. Enjoyed our entire stay. furniture, swimming pool. clean secure and quiet. Accomodation was great. the privacy, comfort. Modern and clean. facilities,staff. Biggest complaint - i could not find how to get AM on the clock radio. I had to turn the fridge up abit. As you can see, very very minor items and I mention them only to show how satisfied I was with the room. You are situated about 3km from the City Centre, so a car is essential unless you like long walks, but you are across the road from the Ocean. Nothing. Next time I would ask for a ground floor because carrying the case up 2 flights of stairs was hard. The pillows were too large and hard. The room doors slammed shut and being in a room that had four doors off the main corridor, it meant quite a bit of noise late at night. The view to the side street and lack of armchairs. What not to like about this place don't know,there was not a thing I did not like. 1.. need to open 2 doors for access to room. Facility was quite compact, though there was adequate external space it felt like the whole site had been filled up and open space was minimal. The door arrangement to the studio made unloading/loading awkward. Bigger tvs would help. Not enough blankets availalble for those that prefer to not have the heating on overnight. The only recommended food facility is now just a bar, information needs to current. I really felt that the prices were a little high. I also stayed there a week later with my wife and kids, the resort is not really budget friendly for families that may be on a lower incomes. none. There was nothing I didn't like. Pillows are too large. Both my son and I had trouble sleeping. We both commented we'd bring our own pillows next time. Bed spreads need to be warmer in winter. Great in summer. Unfortunately, all my phone contacts were wiped from the car phone and it cost an extra $50.00 for some guy who knew what he was doing to get them all back. Maybe the key to the gate needs modifying in some way. We were in an aprtment on the first floor, there were two doors to operate with the keycards, and the springs on the doors were fearsome. We had to prop one open with luggage to attack the second. The springs need to be adjusted. Bar fridge was very noisy and I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. going upstairs 2 door security lounge chairs were hard parking was tight. Not happy that for the price that you do not get free wifi internet, have to pay using phone. Difficult front door system , you have open the main door then go into your unit. Noisy power box in the bed room, harmed all night. Nothing. Common vestibule for two rooms mean't a noisy entrance always by your neighbours. View was not there - but overlooked the front apartments at the hotel on the corner. Front doors to apartment. Being an upstairs one, it would have been good to have a latch to hold the two doors open when you are loading/unloading luggage/shopping etc. The pillow's were strangely far too large and there were no normal pillows hence we woke up with cricks in our necks. there was nothing I didnt like about the place will definitely stay there again. 2 doors at entry of room. Very minor design issues like no soap rack in the shower. Can't think of any. Single beds are too small. only one bathroom. Nothing much. all pillows were pretty hard. The bathroom with all the glass, and you need to hop up into the bath tub. Not easily accessable for older people. A concrete jungle with no views and too far from centre of town. A poorly designed motel lacking character. front door locked but no intercom to inside.
