Generally: lovely and clean. Overall just what you want to walk into. Kids gasped and went 'woooh'! Loved the design of the executive Queen with 2 rooms: gave me a break from the kids and they loved having their own room! Furnishing and fittings were really nice. Staff all the way through were really smiley and friendly. I thought the personalised greeting card upon arrival in the room was a nice touch.
