Helpful staff on check in with some good suggestions of what was nearby to enjoy. The location is excellent and there is plenty to do, see, eat and drink within easy walking distance. Our room on the top floor was clean,bright and spacious. We didn't use the pool but had it been a bit warmer and less windy it would have been welcome at the end of the day. I read comments about this hotel mentioning noise from across the road, we did not hear a thing and got a great nights sleep.
所有评语 » We have stayed before and enjoy convenient location - we were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had been upgraded. Perfect place for us to stopover for a night on our way back to Sydney. Great position, staff nice, rooms were so clean better than 6 star for cleanliness and and smell had a very very comfortable stay will go back. it was within walking distant to places we wanted to see, short distant from train station, managers very helpful, enjoyed our stay there. Lovely view of the harbour, having a balcony to relax and enjoy a wine, closeness to restaurants. Welcoming and helpful staff and a nice comfortable and spotlessly clean room in a good location. It was better than we expected, close to great restaurants. Highly recommend. 1.proximity to jetty and foreshore 2.Extremely clean rooms 3.Inviting. Friendly service and clean handy to restaurants good value. the shower was very good--the bed was very comfortable. Lovely spa bath, good service, free parking. very good hotel..the room was excellent. Clean comfortable rooms, good location. Service and friendliness of the Staff. It's only a really small thing but the bed was on castors which meant it did move around a little especially if you were sitting up leaning against the wall to watch tv etc.. The car park is a little cramped especially for larger vehicles. Small amount of traffic noise approx. 7am so not really an issue. nothing. No lift - it was a bit hard managing suitcases up and down the stairs + parking was rather tight. A little tight for parking but still ok. May not be suitable for a large 4x4 but if you have a fuel miser all will be good. no armchair. Small pool, located close to noisy pub so be aware of this if booking on a weekend. nothing,, we loved staying there again. Lack of water flow from shower, changed from boiling temperature to cold. Extra money spent for harbour view was pointless as there was no harbour view. Entrance and Exit driveways are too narrow - awkward to get in and out of. N/A. Noise No tissues No late checkout. nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Kein Lift anwesend. noisy room next to parking. Room was dark ,pokey and claustrophobic...no comfy chair this trip was most expensive of all motels but the least comfortable...car park hard to access and difficult to negotiate you really need a balcony room to consider this hotel. The rude man.
