  The location was quiet and the views over the golf course and canal were lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was lovely and clean. The bar area, terrace and the restaurant were really good. Our meals, dinner and breakfast, were terrific with the staff interacting in a very friendly manner. We would have liked to stay longer. - For me it was great as I work to do at night and the motel rooms were quiet spacious and relaxing. Would refer to anybody. Staff were very friendly and helpful.   Absolutely fantastic hotel, with fantastic staff who went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. So close to the beach and easy access to great restaurants and to the Caloundra shopping area.   The apartment had poolside access, which at first I thought would be really noisy however once the doors were shut all the noise from the pool was blocked out.   location - good for young Children to have the beach (estuary) close by we didn't have to cross roads and there was no surf - perfect. Apartment size was fantastic.   The location is amazing with uninterrupted views over Pumicestone Passage. Great walking tracks along the beach right at your doorstep. Flagged beach just a short stroll from the hotel. I couldnt pick one thing wrong with the hotel or staff. Very well done! :) - Everything except the Internet connection which was rubbish, I first paid $6 for an hour, but spent the whole hour trying to get connected, then spent another $60 in the hope for a faster Internet connection, but it was just the same. My recommendation do not buy into their Internet provider, as it is a total waste of time

  I loved the situation of the resort, beside a reserve, close to beach and passage, short walk to restaurants, shops, beach. The resort itself was luxury, comfortable and staff so helpful. - Manager was very accommodating to our family needs. The room set ups suited us very well. Very convenient to shopping amenities and the beach.
