  I loved the situation of the resort, beside a reserve, close to beach and passage, short walk to restaurants, shops, beach. The resort itself was luxury, comfortable and staff so helpful. - Manager was very accommodating to our family needs. The room set ups suited us very well.   The location right on Golden Beach was fantastic. The staff were helpful, they even recommend a baby sitting agency which were great. The lockable car facility was great also. It meant we could pack our car the night before leaving and know it would be safe. - I liked the friendly manager as was our first contact .   The Reception staff was wonderful, very welcoming and supportive. I got a text 10 am advising my room was available early - which was great because it was pouring with rain.   The location is amazing with uninterrupted views over Pumicestone Passage. Great walking tracks along the beach right at your doorstep. Flagged beach just a short stroll from the hotel. I couldnt pick one thing wrong with the hotel or staff. Very well done! :) - Everything except the Internet connection which was rubbish, I first paid $6 for an hour, but spent the whole hour trying to get connected, then spent another $60 in the hope for a faster Internet connection, but it was just the same. My recommendation do not buy into their Internet provider, as it is a total waste of time
